What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as secure digital payment options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. We’ll also notify you when your items have shipped.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?

If your order hasn’t yet been processed, our support team may be able to assist with changes. Please reach out promptly via our contact form, by email at support@yachtprotectionconcepts.com or via live chat during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).

Where do you ship?

YPC currently provides delivery throughout the continental United States and Washington, D.C. We’re continuously working to expand our service to additional regions and international destinations. If you’re located outside our current delivery area, please contact our team — we’re happy to explore custom shipping arrangements whenever possible.

How long will my order take to ship?

Most in-stock items are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location and selected shipping method, and will be clearly displayed at checkout. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facility so you can follow its journey with confidence.

Do you offer free shipping?

YPC provides complimentary shipping within the continental United States on orders of $250 or more. For orders below this threshold, standard delivery options are available at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery in real time. You can also view updates anytime by visiting Track My Order in the Support section at the bottom of our website.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes. YPC offers Express Delivery for customers who prefer faster service. Orders shipped with Express Delivery typically arrive within 2 business days once dispatched, ensuring a swift and reliable experience from our facility to your dock.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our support team immediately so we can make it right.

How do I start a return?

You can start your return by visiting our Start a Return page, located in the Support section at the bottom of our site. There, you’ll find step-by-step guidance and the option to contact our concierge team or connect via live chat during business hours. Once your request is received, our specialists will review it and provide your return label and next steps.

Are returns free?

Prepaid return labels are provided if your order was supplied in error or arrives damaged. For other returns, our team will assist you with a return label and the cost may be deducted from your refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once this process is complete.
